Monitors repeat a saved set of prompts and score the resulting AI answers for your brand and competitors. Start with the product guide or 한국어 가이드.

Create a monitor

Use POST /v1/monitors with a customer API key. The dashboard exposes the same settings. Replace the illustrative brand, prompts and domain with your own.
intervalHours is an integer from 1 to 168. country is a two-letter code; it does not translate the prompts. Include the brand’s own name in aliases and register domains if you want citation tracking.

Understand the scores

  • Mention: a configured brand alias appears in the answer text.
  • Citation: a source host matches a registered domain or its subdomain.
  • Competitive share: compares brand appearances in the observed answer set.
These metrics describe the collected prompts and engines, not total market share or traditional search rankings. Compare the same prompt set across periods and inspect the underlying answers when a rate changes.

Plan the request volume

A run creates prompts × engines ordinary answer tasks. Twelve prompts sent to ChatGPT and Gemini create 24 tasks. If all complete, they use 36 credits at the published engine rates. Plan concurrency and available credits still apply. The scheduled time is not a guarantee that all answers finish at that instant. Use the dashboard to review results, edit settings or pause a monitor. See pricing and the engine reference before increasing volume.
